Summit Associates' fee structure is flat fee. This assures that we maintain clarity of costs and professional standards. We do not share information regarding client activities or projects to any other firms or outside organizations.
Negotiation
Acting on your behalf, we will negotiate with the various venues and services that are needed for your event, including transportation and audio visual companies. The excellent rapport we have established with the finest hotel organizations and production firms provide you with the best possible facilities, operational arrangements and cost savings.
Summit Associates typically acts as an extension of your management and staff, allowing you to focus on your attendees.
Execution & On-Site
As plans are formalized, Summit Associates will work for you and your staff to implement each of the various activities involved in your project. We maintain a Project Resume detailing everything relating to your event and provide that document to all involved.
We will assist with the coordination of food & beverage, audio visual needs, decor, and transportation. Outsourcing the event planning allows your internal staff time to concentrate on the project's content and the attendees.
During your event, Summit Associates will be on-site to monitor and oversee each activity, ensuring that every requirement is fulfilled and that your event is a total success. We attend and manage the post-con and assist with packup, a service especially appreciated!
